Our goal is to improve patient care outcomes by providing innovative options to ease the burden of compliance to even complex medication regimen. For this reason, we offer WellsPAK – a PakMymed adherence system that allows customers to take control of their medications and schedule making life simpler. We also offer the Medicine-On-Time multi dose blister packaging. These packages bundles medications by date and time making it easier for patient and caregivers. We also dispense into conventional medications vials and bottles.

Medication Synchronization
Medication synchronization is a program where we coordinate all patient prescriptions refills and ensure they are all ready for pick-up or delivery at the same time every month.
The eliminates stress of refills as we contact providers offices for any needed authorizations and also save customers from multiple trips to the pharmacy every month. Customers get to choose the day that works best for pick or delivery.

Service to facility residents
Through our innovative resident service program, our team assists facilities and their residents in providing innovative medication adherence packaging that enhances patient compliance. We provide customized care to assisted living facilities, group homes and other facilities that require pharmacy services.
We offer onsite vaccine/Flu clinics and are for consultations with staff, residents, and their family.

Delivery Services
We offer prompt delivery services for our patients and residents. We initiate phone calls and reminders to arrange each delivery, thereby giving patients and their respective caregivers less to worry about. Comprehensive Education
At wells healthcare pharmacy, we believe the more knowledgeable and comfortable our patients are with their medications, the more likely they are to be successful with them. Hence, we provide comprehensive patient education, to help them manage their medications and remain adherent.
Our knowledgeable team provide expert and ongoing support in the coordination of benefits such as Medicare Part B and Medicare Part D, State Medicaid (MassHealth) and order private health insurance schemes.
